Absolute Farenden or hot mess?

I am appalled at the service i got from this dreadful place , the owner did not want to check us in as one of us was not carrying an ID claiming that she does not allow check in with out identification , when we produce a license she still did not want to check us inn , she told us to leave her property despite having already paid and checked inn!She further instructed her security to go escort my husband out of the room ,while we paid via a card she went as far as to refund us cash forgetting we have bank surcharges , she made us feel like ********* , like we were there to do crime at her property and at this day in age i had no idea that other human beings still had the capability of treating people so harshly?Was it perhaps the color of our skin that warranted us such disgraceful treatment!!I urge all travel agents not to book this place!!
