Trashy Customer Care!!

My order arrived on the 21st of September 2021 and i was pleased with the delivery time.I ordered a Puma future rider multicolour which i was looking forward to rock,I've been in love with it for a while. I'm a size 5 but unfortunately the shoe is very tight and i only wore it when i was fitting upon arrival. I've been trying to get hold of their customer care for an exchange but to no avail.I sent an email straight from their site,got no response,sent a Whatsapp ,no luck.The worst part is that there is no number to call. Absolute Drip has no social media presence as well,this is shady.Now I'm left with an extra job of finding a buyer for the sneakers.Trashy Absolute Drip,Trashy! And Oh! they haven't posted my review on their reviews page.They don't want negative comments yet they give ******* service!
