**** - they refuse to exchange sizes

********** experience. What a ****. Ordered a pair of shoes for a friend's birthday, there were a size too big, and they totally ignored every request to exchange them for another size. I even tried to contact them by whatsapping them saying "Hey I am trying to pay for a pair of shoes" and they responded in 10 minutes to help me pay (the only time they ever responded) then I followed up with a message to try exchange the shoes and no reply. Just ignored us.
