NO CUSTOMER CARE, NO DELIVERY

This company seems like a ****, bought sneakers on the 13th November and only received confirmation of the purchase then nothing from them to date. I have been sending countless whtsapp messages anf emails and their number goes straight to voicemail. These shoes are for my daughter I feel so frustrated, I ordered from them after seeing good reviews on their website.
