Is Absolute Drip a ****? Their listed business address is ****, and I am waiting for the shoes I ordered.

I am extremely worried. I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes from Absolute Drip online, and received messages to show that all went through successfully and my shoes were on the way. I wanted to make sure all was in order, and have since sent messages via their website and the listed WhatsApp number, but have had no response. I then decided to go through to the address listed on Absolute Drip's website (160 Eloff Street, Jhb). The security guard there told me that Absolute Drip is not there, and it is a ****. I am worried because I have already paid for the shoes, and now I am not sure if they are going to arrive. They are for a birthday present for my son - If I don't get the shoes, or a refund, I will not be able to give my sone a present for his birthday.
