No Service ! No Comfort !

If you had a Zero Rating they would get it Booked a service 2 weeks ago. Followed up with emails and phone calls to identify morning or afternoon arrival. First appointment no pitch. @nd appointment no pitch, no call either. 3rd appointment no pitch and phone call rang unanswered. Sent email and no answer. Reception expected me to call the service team to find out where they are on 1st appointment. Thought business was hard to find in the current economy. Seems shocking or no service is the mode
