Bad service

Emailed, got a quote, accepted the quote , waiting for a date and time, to confirm, confirmed date and time, no one appears, calling the sales lady (cellphone and landline, after several calls she picked up, telling me I must wait, 2 hours later, no one answering phone calls.

BTW emails to get a quote and the time in between were weeks. no Service
