bad after sales service

I had a Jet Air conditioner fitted about 2 years ago. I called and spoke to Gareth on Monday he said they officallly opening on Tuesday I sent a mail as he requested and asked if someone could come out on Tuesday to check my air con is not working to well and we were in the middle of a heatwave, I also requested 2 more units for my kids rooms. Tuesday came nobody arrived I then got a mail from one of his workers to ask if he can come Wednesday I said yes anytime Wednesday I am home, today is Friday I am still waiting, I have a R5000 air conditioner that is not working too well last night I had the fan going and felt cooler then with the aircon. try calling no answer and both cell phones say the number does not exist... you have just lost business for 2 more units... !!!!
