Bad Car Buying Experience

Bought an old classic 1984 Mercedes 380 se"unseen" from this Dealership in Cape Town who specialize in selling these type of cars. Decision to buy was made on receiving very nice photos of the car & also of the interior showing that it was very smart & clean. Paid a premium price for the car Never in all the email conversations did the owner Hein Jordaan (Jnr) ever mentioned any faults/defects on the car. Only said I buy the car at my own risk. Even confirmed everything was working including the Aircon which I ask him about. It is NOT working !!! When I received the car the interior/seats/woodwork etc were in a shocking state. Dealer deny giving any false info regarding the car & refuse to cancel the sale. I even offered to take a loss of R10,000 but he still refuse. Sadly another case of buying a "lemon" & being stuck with it. So Buyers Beware!
