Horrible Customer service

I have received quiet shocking service from Absolute Auto in Northcliff- situated right next to the Peugeot dealership. My husband and I were really interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership: VW POLO TSI 2015 model Blue . However things took a huge turn around. My husband went to view the car on Monday 03/06 , he test drove the car and liked it We app**** for vehicle finance and got approved

We went to fetch the car on Saturday as this is when the sales person advised us to come but only to our disappointment , the following had occurred. 1. The car was not ready , it was in the washing bay 2. The back electric windows were not working 3. The spare key was not on the premises – and was told that we need to fetch it from Randburg 4. We waited for almost 1 hour and no one acknowledged us. The sales person Jabu- was all over the show and neglected us We still considered taking the vehicle after all the above as it a very good buy My husband called Jabulani yesterday and he was advised that the car is ready for collection, as first the car was going to be delivered to me at work, and then we were advised that I need to come to fetch the car as I need to sign at the dealership I took time off today to come to fetch the vehicle, the car was not ready again and was told that the finance Manager is not there as well as the car needs to polished and that I need to come back I have reached my level of patience and understanding to this situation. I have cancelled this deal and went to a better place that can offered me 100% better service than what I have received at this dealership I even complained to the manger Riel and not one person had the decency to call me or check on the situation I have never met a car dealership that has no sense of urgency to sell a vehicle to an interested client Jabulani who was the sales person for this vehicle – is the most unreliable person I have ever dealt with , and this is in no way attacking anyone personally I am so disappointed by this kind of service
