Bad service.

I bought a car in november 2020,since then I've been struggling to get a licence disc ,every now nd then when the permit expires I should call them and the sales agent(jabu)will tell me stories as if I dont know my rights as a consumer,and I know the bank paid them the money of a licence disc,its almost the 8th January 2021,no disc ,permit expiring,very confused now.
