Rude people

the first order we made was good no problems. the second order however was a mess up, the owner got rude with us and wouldn't deliver the windows to site even though we had paid the balance, we placed a large order, so we as the client had to organize a truck to go and collect the windows and doors. then there was a window missing as we didn't count the windows when collected, the company refuses to acknowledge our concerns and brushes us off without trying to resolve the issue.
