Absolut Horror

Bought vehicle in November, they sent it down with only temporary license papers saying they busy with it. Come 21st December nothing had been done and temporary papers had expired. Called Brett who was the salesman said he thought I had got the license disc and said he would organise an extention which he never did, but emailed transfer papers and said I must license it and they would refund me.So 3 days before Christmas I must run around tryimg to license car. 22nd December I stood in a que from 8am to. 3:30 pm only to be told car needed to be roadworthied. Long story short I had to take 2 days off work to do their job, paid more than R2200-00 to get license disc ( road worthy, disc and plates as well as paying someone to que for me ). They told me only paying for disc which was R768-00. When paying for vehicle they added R1995 - 00 for licensing fees, so basically they ripped me off with more than R3000-00 plus leave and other expenses. I am now going to ombudsman but this is a warning don't deal with them, look at the report on hellopeter. Stay far away from this company and I see Brett's name is mentioned here more than once for the same thing. AVOID ABSOLUT AUTO.
