Ziyaad Khan - very unfriendly and unhelpful

Ziyaad Khan in your online banking department has the WORST service ever. As a customer i asked a question, he races through the information, I ask a question as to what screen should i be on - he raises his voice and says I dont listen. I asked on numerous occasions respectfully to be put through to either a team leader or another consultants - he raises his voice again and refused to transfer my call. If this is the type of customer service one receives - then I should question if this is the bank for me
