<p>I purchased an electricity token for my prepaid meter using the ABSA banking application. When I tried to use it, it said that it had alread been used. When I called the support number given by ABSA I got told basically thats there nothing that they can do and I must take it up with the municipality. If ABSA is offering prepaid tokens on its website then if it is dispensing ones that are not valid surely they should be interested in assisting the customer. Seems though that the feedback from call centre is that they must just tell customers that its their problem and they must take it up with the council. Seriously no wonder ABSA retail clients are leaving. What type of support and service is this. The number that they provided me with wasnt even the correct number and I have been given the complete run around. I'm beggining to think I should just write the token off.</p>

The purchase was for R100 worth of Prepaid. The token number *** and the meter number ***. The date and time of the transaction was at 20:42 10/07/2017 done from account number ***. Please let me know if you need any more information.
