Zero service from Absa homeowners insurance

Contacted Absa homemowners insurance 6 days ago, and since then almosy daily via email, speaking to operators etc to submit storm damage claim. Zero feedback or contact from a contractor, although one has been appointed. As I mentioned in the recorded call, ehat started as a small claim, has now escalated into a huge claim from daily water damage occuring.
