Zero service from Absa

I've sent several emails, called several departments and have visited an Absa branch and no one will help me. So typical of Absa. What I'm trying to find out is what the purchase price was for my property (not the loan amount) and who the transferring attorneys were. I'm trying to find out what the transfer and registration fee's were, so that I can work out the capital gains tax to be paid, since I'm selling the property. I've sent emails to ***. They responded saying I need to email *** who in turn said I need to email ***, who doesn't bother to respond. I've tried phoning Bond Restructuring on ***and the phone call just gets dropped. This all after I've visited a branch with no luck. It's impossible to get answers or any kind of service from Absa in this regard. I'm exhausted and once again thoroughly disappointed in a bank that does not care.
