Zero service and unauthorised debit orders

I am taking a bond with ABSA and had to put life insurance in place for this. Due to this being a fairly lengthy and complicated sale I have informed the consultant Nishen Moodley that the first debit order must only go through once the bond is paid out to the seller, which actually goes without saying. However I have had two debit orders go through, one was refunded, the other I have been waiting about two months plus for feedback on the refund with no communication back to me, even though I regularly contact Nishen and he promises to attend to my complaint, nothing happens. Now today a triple debit order has been put through. I am absolutely furious. The bond is not paid out, I have not given permission for this transaction and feel they are doing whatever they like with my money. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional and bordering on ******* as I did not sign anything to allow this kind of deduction. I think my next step will be the Ombudsman as I am certainly getting no service. Seems as soon as you sign something they couldn't care less about you after that.
