Zero Feedback / Zero Update / Zero Service
If you don't have a debit or cheque account with Absa, you can forget to get any update with regards to your mortgage loan. I was provided a number to contact home loans help desk, but you do not get any answer if you can't provide your banking app reference. I can't get any banking app references because I do not have a savings or checking account. ALL of my email requests have gone unanswered. not quite sure how to proceed or what to do next.

I would like to receive my updated monthly statement via email as promised by an Absa representative. And I would like to get clarity as to why my monthly repayments have not been adjusted after I've made quite a considerable deposit on my mortgage loan.
