Zero Customer Service

The following letter and associated attachments were sent to Absa Bank as per the date below. After numerous follow ups on my part via email and telephone calls I have had no response what so ever. My concern is that the very same insitute will be merciless in taking legal steps against me although I have approached them in advance to resolve. It appears that they are good at wanting the business but show no compassion for their clients. This is an uncaring institute and should not advertise as though they are there for the client.

February 9, 2017

Secured Restructurings,

Absa Bank Limited

Re: Contract Number: ********** 4402, 2016 BMW 220i M Sport A/T (F22)

Dear Sir/Madam

This letter serves to advise Absa Bank Limited that I have been unemployed since 31-07-2016 to date. During this time, I could still meet payment terms for the above goods, however I am concerned now that I may not be able to meet my contractual obligations fully. Hence to prevent legal proceedings and listed as a credit risk I request that the bank consider my situation and propose options that will prevent a negative outcome.
