ZERO Communications - VOSTRO Client Services Team - No level of respect at all

I wish I could rate a company less than one star, because at this stage this is how I feel. I have sent email upon email (because we clearly no longer understand how telephones work post-covid) requesting assistance from the Vostro team and after a month I am no closer to getting help. Why can someone not pick up a phone and call me and solve my problem. You have today to solve this mess or I am taking this to social media and the onbudsman. I have reached my limit with the level of care that ABSA shows anyone. ABSA tells me they have done one thing and now they tell another service provider they have done the opposite.
