Zandi Gumbi from ABSA Bank ,sends ****** to threaten insult and abuse Clients when shes doing her collections

On the 30th of April I was contacted by the Lady ,whos name is Zandi Gumbi ,claiming to be calling me from Absa , its in regard to my Vehicle arrear amount. She thanked me for the R3000 I had paid in the month of April and informed me that it was short paid,which I acknowledged that I am aware of the short payment,however I am out of my job and would like to make an arrangement while i fix my Financial challenges. The agreement was that I would pay R7934.00 by endo of May.

To my surprise,last wekk on Friday the 17th of May,theres a Guy that came to my Office, claiming to be sent by Absa,I dont understand why would they send someone to my office without prior arrangements.

The 2 ****** ,one ,by the name of John Busakwe was insulting my Collegues and he was swearing at the top of his Lungs ,using the F-word.

This John Busakwe , apparently came to my office , claiming that I know who he is , saying I spoke with him on Whatsapp,I would never speak to any ***** that tries me on Whatsapp,I have never heard of him and I have never met with him.

His insults were traumatising to my Collegues,and everyone was shocked at the old man that has the audicity to insult people rendomly.

I would like to place a Formal Complaint against Zandi Gumbi,that she be fired for hiring ****** to threaten Our lives,

This man that she sent ,was saying I need to pay R15000,by end of May 2024 I dont understand,how is that possible,when I have already made a Request of making R7934. and Zandi agreed,she suddenly sends some ***** that threatens my life,and she suddenly wants me to pay R15000 in 5 days.

I believe that Absa is a reputable Bank ,its unfirtunate that they hire people like Zandi Gumbi,who continue to abuse and threaten Clkients,for her to seem like shes meeting the Targets.while the Collections ,she uses her ****** to threaten us as Clients of ABsa bank.

I unfortunately will not be able to make R15000 by month end,and have requested that they assist me with arrangement,I do make payments,even though for the past 2 months I had defaulted.

I just dont believe that I deserve to have ****** sent to me,insult my Collegues,scream and shout at me ,just because of defaulting.

I believe our Black People,use all the tactictics to embarass,insult threaten and abuse us
