Your site is getting worse

<p>I sent feedback to complain about the fact that there are about 17 steps (mouse clicks) between entering absa"direct".co.za (same as absa.co.,za) and actually doing my banking. And then I receive this error. "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access / send-us-your-feedback/ on this server" Yeah, that's great. Stop showing me pictures of people with orange hair, asking me stupid questions about landing pages and Full Service or whatever the alternative is called. Just let me get to my banking. The old site (which is actually the same as the current site, whithout all the stupidity) worked just fine. </p>
