YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE IN ABSA BANL
Your Money is not SAFE with Absa Bank. On the 24th September 2018 Heritage day all my bank accounts were stripped down to zero by ********* within Absa Bank. They cleared my Money Builder account of R85,000 My Credit Card R51,000 and my Debit card of some R5000 Someone within ABSA got help from Vodacom Direct Reward centre to put an outgoing block on my cell phone at 16:30 Monday the 24th September 2018 so that I would not receive any "notify me" messages. Amounts were split and moved to accounts in Capitech and Bidvest Bank. I discovered this on Tuesday morning the 25th September. I immediately rushed to the ABSA branch in the Garden route mall in George, Southern Cape. The consultant looked up my account online from the Bank and discovered the a teller was still busy on my account and when confronted by the consultant after pretending to be me the teller at Absa put the phone down. A ***** report was done and bidvest and Capitech called by my branch consultant to try and block the ******* deposits made. Capitech did not play ball and first wanted a SAPS docket number. So much for Banks working together. During the past three weeks I received one call from Absa ***** department who showed no interest in the knowledge I wanted to provide on Vodacom which I had obtained from the Vodacom shop next to Absa when they unlocked my phone. Still no call from Absa and it is now a month later. The Absa Branch manager called the ***** department on my behalf and they promised a response within 7 working days. Its now 10 days later still no call. The success of a business is measured by their levels of customer service. I NOW HAVE NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. I AM RETIRED AND DO NOT GENERATE INCOME. I REFUSE TO DRAW FROM MY INVESTMENTS TO PROVIDE MORE MONEY FOR ABSA EMPLOYEES TO *****. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY IN ABSA.
