YOUR LAWYERS JUST WANT TO GIVE OUT JUDGMENTS

I had a credit card with Absa, in which circumstances beyond my control I missed on payments.<br> <br> my account was handed over as I received and email from the lawyers, I responded to the lawyers as am aware I owe absa n want to settle the account in due course..<br> <br> Your lawyers have failed me dismally, they require me to pay full amount I which I cant becos its more than my salary so I must pay n not eat? how wil I get to work to make the money they need?<br> <br> I have requisted they gv me a expendisure sheet so we work out what will suite us both, I have been ignored n sent another letter which states I didn't pay, wherelse I dd make a payment of R250 tht doesn't even reflect on their system but the amount has increased.<br> <br> I feel this is kicking a person while down, no one wants to be handed over but again theres matters in life one cant escape. it truly hurts to b treated like a ******** our lawyers wen one is trying to make a payment. <br> <br> <br> <br>
