<p>I have been holding on for almost an hour!!!! Listening to music and an interruption every few minutes stating that the consultants are busy and will attend to my call SOON!!! PLEASE HOLD....Your call will be answered soon! Its ridiculous!!!</p> <p>Although its a call share number i am still going to pay for an hours holding and not getting anywhere....Just before an hour passed the call was lost....just a ringing tone in my ear... And then i realised...I called at 16h36, so everyone had left the office at 17h00 leaving me to hold on for antoher 35minutes!!! Guess what...when i phoned back: Our office is now closed!!!!! Great customer service....NOT!!!</p>
