Young girls can’t get their sanitary pads because ABSA blocked account with no communication

What a terrible bank ABSA is. My account was blocked with zero communication to why I just can no longer transact and I’ve called and called and been put on hold for over 30 minutes and then they just hang up.

I just want to tell you how unfair your treatment has been especially since I am using the funds in the account to buy sanitary pads for young under privileged girls who have to miss school due to not having sanitary pads. I don’t think ABSA cares or understands how their actions have an impact on so many innocent lives. I honestly don’t know what to do or what to tell the young girls who are expecting their pads.
