You don't care about clients absa
On Thursday,16/06/2022 we were held at gun point in my home, my 3 kids, 2,4 and 6 were held at gunpoint!! Upon calling absa on Monday I have not heard a thing from them!! They sent a guy for a quote and now claiming that a tree that we cut off 2 months ago damaged our back and front fence? This is just excuses not to pay or assist in claims and no one calls to follow up or ask questions they just make assumptions while I pay my bond and insurance every month!!! My kids can't sleep and we are scared but when collecting money absa is happy!!

28 Jun 2022, 15:00Please tell me how you have been in contact and following up as I have not heard a thing? They broke in accross the road from us today , held the kids gunpoint and here we are still waiting on absa almost 2 weeks later?
