You Cant just take my Money!! #f**kedoff

ABSA, went in a did a journal directly from my cheque account, even through I have made a payment arrangement as I had a reduction in my salary! I have been banking with ABSA for the past 11 years and never before had to make a payment arrangement. who gives them a right to just take money out of my account even though there IS A PAYMENT ARRANGMENT!!!!! With out my permission????? and now I'm being told I cant speak to a team leader as they have been told it will take 3-5 working days for the review and refund IF APPROVED?????? this is madness. if this is how ABSA treats their clients I will be moving banks and they can wait 3 - 5 working days for their money!
