You can buy a car you can't afford just not get a loan for a smaller amount??......ridiculous credit assessments!!!!

<p>I app**** for a personal loan with absa just to get a very unprofessional *********** person to assist me......three phone calls later and a ***** credit assesment summarised based on the previous month's EFT's she informs me that I cannot have the amount but rather a third only......seriously??? I sent this to the action line, only to have another *********** person phone me to say she has been coached but the credit assesment was sent away(bear in mind this was her assesment which is completely incorrect!!!)to the credit department and it is like she said - OMG!!!! get calculators and LISTEN to your clients!!!! NOOOOOO - we are just numbers at absa - moving to FNB asap!!!! I got approved for a loan somewhere else in less that 1 hour - the actual amount I wanted - there sure as hell ABSA goes and loads a personal loan account on my internet banking - for a loan I don't have with them!!!!!! How frustrating - seriously - your service is pathetic!!!!</p>
