You are ******** customers & thats why I will never rejoin your bank

I received a message from Avbob requesting I should provide them with a statement from my Absa account which I requested to be closed in 2018.I went to your branch in Strand to enquire if my account is still active because I requested it closed in 2018 in Somerset .I was very surprised that I still have account with Absa bank because I haven’t used ABSA since 2018 because I requested it it to be closed.I am so very ****ed because I received news that I owe Absa bank over R1700 which I have no clue what for that makes me sick because I do not owe you no money,I dont have a loan from you I have never had a loan with you I dont have active services with you I am very ****ed & I will never rejoin the bank because It is ******** its clients thats why I left in the first place. How the hell do I owe you such money if I dont even hv services from you. I am sick of it & what ****es me off is my so called account us with credit collectors how the hell can you do that if I dont even have services with you. When I banked with you,I paid for services as I use them.I will never come back to you again,I am sick that I owe over R1700 whichI ****ing have no clue where it comes from because I left Absa in 2018 & I requested you close the account. It ****es me off.I am sick of it.
