Yet Again ABSA FAILS THEIR CLIENTS BREAKING THEIR OWN SET DEADLINES!!!!!

Good day Mr CEO of this Terrible financial institution called ABSA.

I truly hope that you will start driving service delivery, honesty and reliability within your business as your bank is again failing me as a client for the 3rd time in as little as 6 months.

Last week Thursday 31 December 2020 i mailed customer service a dispute about a purchase i made where a double transaction took place and the reversal of the processing error never happened supplying them with all relevant information. On Monday 4 January I received a response from Emily Feldtmann in the disputes department acknowledging receipt of my dispute also saying, I quote ( A credit will be processed manually to your account. Kindly allow 3-5 days for our Processing Department to complete the request. ) Today 8 January 2021 at 5 pm was the end of day five and guess what this terrible financial institution that calls themselves ABSA has done nothing about assisting or even provide feedback to their so called valued client. It was up to me to contact their client services where i have been pushed from end to end not getting any valuable information and to only hear I will escalate and call you on Monday. Why am I paying monthly fees and charges if ABSA does not give any form of service as i the client have to do everything myself to get things resolved at this terrible Financial institution calling them selfs Africanacity with know tenacity and you provide only lies empty promises and they cant even stay to there own proposed deadlines.

Why cant you stick to deadlines? Why cant you deliver a basic service to me a client ? Why break promises?

I really hope that someone competent can assist and resolve this matter urgently thats if you have any reliable staff that can help.

I really look forward to a response from senior management as this terrible institution is becoming a JOKE .
