Yesterday Im told my credit card is approved today they havent received my docs?

Hi There, I app**** for an Absa credit card online, they asked for all my documentation which I have sent many times, I have the emails as proof, i was asked to mail them to the document department with a 30419 email address, I received a call yesterday saying that my documents are received and that the application is approved, today I receive requests to fax or email a colour copy of my ID, which I emailed yesterday and they confirmed they received. * I got a call yesterday at 15:16 from a helpful gentleman called Lee, he said the card was approved? * Can someone please just go and check the numerous emails i have sent with the required documentation over and over and over and over and just speak to Lee and find out what is going in?
