10 years after the death of a person ABSA handed over an account to an attorney
My father passed away 10 years ago and still ABSA wants money from a dead person who had an insolvent estate. We did not even got anything from my father's estate. This money they want was from an overdraft account, less than R 10 000 . The attorneys who is handling this matter don't understand it.
