I have never came across such useless call center services in my life, do you care at all, I have all my accounts with you and you can't bother picking up a phone, I I'm trying to Chance my personal loan debit order date with you since May 2021 and every time the phone is put down before I can speak to someone or I will go through your stupid computer prompt and still no one will pick up, way do you have it if it is clearly not work, then what makes me mad when you go to the bank they tell you you have to call them and refuse to help, Absa personal loans is not getting there monthly installment and I'm probably on Mt way to get black listed because of the, you are all so F@$#%$ my credit score. Get your dam people to call me after 5 because I do not have the time to wait 5 hour on a phone when your call center decides to pick up there phone to change a debit order date, gggggggrrrrrr something so simple to do... get you act straight.
