W.Viljoen ABSA AVAF Hollard

I had issues with my ABSA vehicle finance account. Change of bank and debit order account. Was contacted by AVAF collection. With further investigation I picked up there was two add on Hollard policies on my account. PSD Extended Cover & Small Repairs and Credit Life Policy in total R275.64. I requested ABSA to cancel these policies and give me a refund since the policies was reinstated Oct 2013. ABSA cancelled the policies as I could see on my debit order for July but have not recived any feedback on refund. Calling and holding for hours and getting transferred to different departments and sending numerous emails with no joy.
