Wrongfully repossessed - I want answers!!!!!

Hi. I am livid!! My car has been wrongfully repossessed, and I am getting no answers from ABSA legal or Bham and Dahya Attorneys. I have received no communication from ABSA since February. Still, my account was handed over by some unknown person (as nobody can give me answers to that), notes were made, and no contact was attempted with me as the client.

When I contacted the attorney's offices on Friday, there was no trace of my account on their systems. Nobody could give me answers as to how a letter and a court order were issued from the attorney's office, and nobody knows about it.

It also seems that several people have been making incorrect notes on my account without my knowledge. Someone contacted the car's former owner, made notes of this, and did not bother to contact me and correct this.

The worst thing is that I have been making payments, which clearly shows on your systems, but now I do not have my car. I want answers and a resolution!!
