Wrongfully advised

So i get my charge statement and i see i was charged R30 deposit fee of R656. I query if i receive any free deposits as i was under the impression i get 5 a month. The agent advises its only if i insert my card. You deposit money cardless at the ATM Absa. How many other people aint you *********** in this way? Opened this account to test the waters with other banks and definitely will be closing this account. Also call centre agent that assisted must think i have 30 minutes + to waste for her to figure out why i was charged R15 for a withdrawal putting me hold all the time.
