Wrongful charges on an staff account

So I resigned from ABSA bank on the 29th of april, for the whole month of May I was still an employee of ABSA while serving my notice.

When I checked my statement I found that all my banking benefits were stripped while I was still an employee, I was charged for all the transactions where I wasn't supposed to.

I went to the bank at park station only to be told they cant help me, if the bank cant help me then who can? I have been ********ly charged over R500.
