Wrongful charge
Absa charged me for cash withdrawal and deposit instead cash transfer. I went to the bank to have this sorted at the Clearwater branch, the manager, Yasin Hendricks has been sending me from pillar to post. It's not ene about the value, it's a principle issue.

05 Mar 2024, 09:02Thanks, I will wait for your update. This is also what I was told at the bank as a walk in customer. They said 3 days. After 4 days I followed up, there was nothing. I said I am coming to the bank the manager advised he won't be in, and there won't be anyone to assist me.
