wrong usless product sold to us

We opened up an Investment account and made sure we inform the conultant of of requirements. This product is useless as we tld her we will be doing 1 transfer a month towards our FNb account, we cant transfer nor can we withdraw money. I still fail to understand why she gave us an ATM card if we ant do any transactions on this account not even transfers.<br> <br> Very disappointed will be going back to my bank FNB.<br> <br>
