Wrong Title: Not ABSA Rewards, but rather ABSA only Benifts Program

Rewards program does not make sense. I am a gold member at ABSA. It show you a excellent customers and history is good and so on.... But you rewards show you not god at all. Somewhere your rules and calculations fails your reasoning on how you operate the program. The program is just another money making scheme that benefit ABSA and not there loyal subjects. I state ones again - I being 95% of the time TIER3 and did not make any changes to my backing profile. I then I was from last year August suddenly TIER1. You can say what you want on you new rules, I tell you that this is a money making scheme that benefits ABSA and not towards rewarding their customers. I have open other bank account to be added to their rewards plan. Most of my transaction will be moved over to them in due time. One must carefully read and understand the ABSA term and conditions before joining. It is structure in a manner that benefits ABSA financially and not the account holder. Not sure why they call it ABSA rewards, rather change the name to what it is: ABSA only Benefits Programs. Then it will make more sense. You can fool millions of others, but you can't fool me......
