Wrong ref used for school fees
I am Swazi Baloyi, guardian of Thando Tshabalala. The trust account for Thando was previously with NBC and payments the School were processed without issue.
Since moving to Absa Trust, it took 7 months to pay school fees with no communication or updates. When payment was finally made, the wrong reference number was used. The school has rejected the payment and Thando is at risk of being removed.
I have called multiple times and used my own airtime to follow up. Proof of payment was only sent days later after repeated requests.
Request: 1. Correct the reference number immediately and reallocate payment to Thando Tshabalala at School fees 2. Send me corrected proof of payment within 48 hours.
Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a case reference number.
