Wrong instructions giving

I've been with ABSA since I was 15 years old I'm now 39 and for the first time I felt like a dog being told to fetch a bone and bring it back to it's master only to discover that's the master changes every time I bring the bone back. I though going there would be better for me because my son's creche is that side so I'll change my details there. Because I don't get letters in the post anymore I needed my husband's rates paper for proof of address and a form had to be filled in with his signature. When I took the form in the address on the letter did not correspond with the one on the form I spelled PLAIN and the letter said PLEIN. I was told it must be the same. Fine I fiiled in the form again had my husband sign again took it back today 13 Dec 2019 and then the receptionist said it's still wrong. The proof of address with the word PLEIN in wrong I must get another proof of address she confirmed this with someone in the back.Then the word Cape Town must be too and bottom. My question when it was checked the first time could the last not tell me that. She said she confirmed everything and that it's was ok only I had to change PLAIN to PLEIN as it state in the proof of address. Now the proof of address in wrong. I am not stupid,I may not dress as well as they do but I am not stupid. Tell and show me the first time the proper instructions and I will obey it.
