wrong information sent by sms

ABSA sent me a sms stating that the date of my debit order deduction will be 2 March 2015 and still made their deduction a day earlier on 01 March 2015<br> I feel this is unacceptable for banks to mislead their consumers<br> I am really displeased by this.<br> no wonder so many people are changing to Capitec bank I might just join them myself
