Wrong information and ****

I was misinformed or they **** to me. I deposited a cheque at ABSA Mankweng and requested a special clearance. I was told that they no longer do special clearance, I must wait for 10 days. I called ABSA *** and they told me that special clearance still exist, I must go back to the branch where I deposited the cheque. when I call them same day because it was 15H55, they told that the cheque already gone and they will call me back on Monday after contacted Pretoria and they are not sure if the cheque will be available after three to five working. I requested them to give the person in Pretoria they refuse and told me to wait for them to come back to me with an attitude. I needed the money so desperate but I was put on the cloud not been promised whether the situation will be resolved on not and I need to give someone who is in need of cash because of bad service.
