Wrong Information

Every single month Absa makes the same error and sends me messages that my loan account has not been paid Pravesh Bejay then gets mailed by myself to query this and he responds with the same mail that it is an error and has been fixed

I am now sick of this service and the harassment from Absa for something that is not true I will email your CEO and ask for this to be fixed !!!!’
