Wrong information
I phoned Absa vehicle and said I need to change my surname and address because I got married. I don't have accounts and the lady at Absa vehicle said I must get a affidavit stating my address. I went to Absa Lifestyle and the lade at costumer services said they can't except it. She phoned Absa vehicle and they also said they can except it. The lady also said my marriage certificate must be the printed one from home affairs and not the original one what the pastor gave us. I am not going to pay for a marriage certificate because I have one. I did as told and now no one is willing to help me. What must I do??? There is no customer assistance.
