Wrong Debit order cancelled
We contacted ABSA via Email with very specific details to cancel a Debit order. The WRONG debit order was cancelled! And apparently can't be fixed?? How ***********!! Never seen something like this in my life!!

My husband did a manual transfer, as we can't take the chance to not have a medical aid....
It just felt like the person didn't take the responsibility to get someone in authority to fix the problem.
