Wrong amount on deposit protector
I took out a policy for deposit protector, for the 1st 3 months it was R300, for the last 3 months its R468. Hollard confirmed that they only get R300. Ford Credit is not able to tell me who is getting the other R168. Someone is taking my money and no-one can tell me who it is. How can I get a statement that will show me who is getting what amount? I want my refund for the last 3 months that someone took an extra R168 of my account
